Terms of Payment

Foreigner / Thai / Society

1. Deposit of 50,000 THB
2. Signing of the contract – 30 % within 30 days
3. Instalments 40 % (9 months in total): 15 % + 15 % + 10 % every 3 months
4. Handover – the remaining 30 %

Other charges

1. Administration fee of 60 THB/m²/month – payable upon transfer for the first year
2. Reserve fund: 600 THB/m² – a one-off payment upon transfer of ownership
3. The buyer is responsible for paying the tax and fees associated with the transfer of ownership
4. Fees and deposits for the electricity meter and water meter are payable by the buyer
